A promotional code attaches a campaign to a deposit and must be entered before that deposit is confirmed — in the registration form or in the cashier, depending on the offer. Most welcome offers in the Philippine market apply automatically, so an empty field is normal. Codes are usually case-sensitive, time-limited and single-use per payment, and no code can be added once the money has landed.

How promotional codes behave

Where a code goes and what breaks it

Where the field appearsWhat to enterCommon failure
Registration formWelcome campaign keyLeft blank and claimed afterwards
Cashier, before confirming a depositReload or boost keyEntered after the payment landed
Promotions page, claim buttonNothing — the offer is attached in one clickClaiming after the deposit

Why a code fails even when it looks correct

Four causes cover almost every failed code. The campaign has ended, which is the most common one because third-party lists outlive the offers they copy. The code is bound to a different audience — a reload key entered by a brand-new account, or a country-specific campaign that is not open to Philippine players. The deposit is below the campaign minimum, so the offer never attaches even though the code is accepted. Or the string itself carries a trailing space or the wrong case after being copied from a webpage.

The practical rule is to treat the code as part of the deposit, not as an afterthought: read the campaign terms, enter the key, then send the money. If the promotion works without a code at all — which is common for the ₱399 welcome offer — the claim button on the promotions page does the same job. What the offer is actually worth after wagering is explained on our bonus page.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Wowph welcome offer need a promotional code?
Usually not. Welcome offers in this market are typically attached automatically or with a claim button, and the operator states the current requirement on its own promotions page.
Can support add a code after my deposit?
No. A code binds a campaign to a payment before that payment is confirmed, so a missed offer cannot normally be applied retroactively.
Why does my code return an invalid message?
Most often the campaign has expired. Case, trailing spaces, a deposit below the campaign minimum or a code meant for a different audience explain nearly all the rest.
